Cardinal Security was founded in 2000 by Jason Trigg (CEO).

 

Cardinal Security started in 2000 by supplying short notice security cover to large manned guarding and FM businesses. In short, dealing with the problems that others could not fix.

 

This specialist activity required a significant investment in systems and a higly flexible employee base. However. once proven in this field, Cardinal Security rapidly built up its own loyal customer base, primarily in the retail and leisure industries.

 

This has resulted in significant internal growth and the resource required to support our clients is re-invested in, continually. This growth has been achieved without acquisition and has been internally funded. The business remains 100% privately owned.

The recent history of the business is depicted below. Two important watersheds were the attainment of SIA approved contractor award and the launch of the InteliGuard solution, which is based upon proprietary technology.
