  • Leading Edge Technology - Cardinal Security makes use of leading edge technology throughout its business. The "back office" is managed using the TimeGate workforce management solution. All focus customers get access to real time service delivery statistics using the client portal. Front line security officers use the InteliGuard solution, which includes proprietary technology developed in-house. Officers record incidents in real time using PDA technology and pass this back to HQ for analysis and deployment through the customer portal. The business is constantly looking at new technology solutions that can be brought to bear.

  • Rigorous Management  - From the outset Cardinal Security has provided superior management, as evidenced by its start as a highly flexible supplier of short notice emergency cover. However, this has been formalised in recent years through the introduction of a complete Quality Management System. Additionally Cardinal has invested in new senior management people within the business, which has enhanced our experience within areas such as retail loss prevention and other key sectors.
