Cardinal Security is committed to quality. The company formalised this commitment during 2006 with the introduction of a complete QMS system. The business is regularly audited to the relevant industry standards in line with the ACS. The management team is committed to attaining Investors in People which is currently accredited in some parts of the businesss and expected to be completed in early 2009.

Cardinal operates a detailed and fully documented quality system which is audited in line with the SIA assessments and ISO 9001. The company is in the process of an Investors in People Accreditation.
In the retail loss prevention arena, Cardinal has adopted the recommended code of practice from the National Security Inspectorate.
The QMS system include fully documented and audited H&S, Equal Opportunities and Environmental policies.
