We are able to control and protect data from your business electronically enabling you to free up your team from the production of yet more paperwork.  Fleet management sheet, staff search form, key issue form are all examples of some of the requirements given by our existing clients. Once you have assertained your needs, we provide intensive training and PDA technology to our staff, to enable them to raise incidents and forms relevant to the site.  The GPRS also allows staff to contact our control room and their personal line manager without the use of mobiles or your landlines.
 
This system provides a paperless solution that links directly into the Cardinal IT infrastructure in real time.  Electronic incident reports can be easily generated containing the data you require.

Cardinal Business Systems
Cardinal operates an “open-book” policy with its clients. Our technology will provide you with real time access (using the internet) to our internal contract management system. You can see contract performance in terms of manning, incidents and your forms/reports in real time. We intend to work with you to create specific reports which mirror your KPIs (e.g. vehicles on site analysis, vehicle searches and personnel searches) and enable you to monitor our performance in these areas at will. Moreover, you can use our interactive incident tracking system to raise incidents directly and track our responses.
