Group CEO - Jason Trigg was educated at Cambridge University and was quite young when he first encountered Manned Guarding. "My first thoughts were "...this could be done so much better...so I set out to do just that!"
Jason is determined to change the view of guarding from "..just being a body sat in a shed... to a quality provision that is a vital necessity to all businesses."
One of the first lessons Jason learnt in business was never to underestimate the power of a good management team. When he realised his vision of guarding was so different from the rest - he knew Cardinal would rapidly expand and set about supporting his business with specialists from many business sectors.
Group Managing Director - Diane Johnson joined us from Comet Group Plc. Previously a Police Officer and leading HR consultant, Diane's knowledge of market demands is second to none. Through her team she has put colleague development and integrity first. Having first class experience in profit protection, Diane is excited to be on board to steer Cardinal on it's journey to being the number one preferred guarding company - Nationwide.
Director of Central Operations - Bryn Taylor is clearly responsible for one of the most important areas within our business in terms of delivering the core product groups to our clients. Bryn is focused on after sales and contract management and he and his team work tirelessly to satisfy and over exceed our customer's expectations. Bryn is also responsible for our 24/7 control room dedicated to supporting our officers on site.
Group Commercial Director - Adam Gent has worked his way throughout the business from operations and IT Special Projects to Task2c - our Intelligent Software division, One of the current projects he is working on is the new and exciting ‘cr:iisp’ criminal incident and information management system, now being piloted throughout selected areas in the UK.
Security Solutions Managing Director - David Patmore is responsible for driving the electronic innovations of the business and now oversees many of our special projects that are being trialed with our customers and partners.

Colin Culleton is a well respected retail loss prevention executive, with a career spanning 29 years. He has a wealth of experience in security, audit, loss prevention, health and safety and enterprise risk management
Colin is a champion of information and intelligence sharing across businesses and left HMV in October 2009 to assume the position of managing Director of Task2c.
Through development and implementation of CR:IISP Colin aims to help revolutionise the way that businesses share intelligence on suspects and offenders with each other, Business Crime Reduction partnerships and the Police.
Managing Dirctor, Cardinal SME - Jim Gibson
Jim Gibson is a highly qualified and experienced risk manager and security specialist, his career has spanned the whole range of risk, loss, shrinkage and crime solutions over 30 years. his career began with the Royal Military Police where he served in many roles.
Since 1993 Jim has worked for Boots the Chemists, the Co-Op, Marks and Spencer and most recently the Navy Army & Air Force Institutes in Germany with international responsibilities. All these roles were in senior Loss Prevention positions or as the head of the function.
Jim is now a Director within a new and innovative business Cardinal SME. Jim and the Cardinal SME team bring innovation, enthusiasm and pragmatism into all problem solving situations.
