All our instructors work either part-time or on full-time contracts in their individual fields of expertise, ensuring that students and clients get up-to-date knowledge and the most out of their training. To maintain our high standards, each instructor has a continuous professional development program which is monitored by management and fully discussed with them on a monthly basis, with a formal review every six months.

To ensure that each student enjoys the learning experience, we use a variety of teaching methods, provided that they are appropriate and conform to educational standards. Strategies range from classroom theory to practical, hands-on experience. We can also provide a pre-learning package for students prior to attending any course. This integrated approach to learning enables students to enjoy their training far more.

Course materials can also be custom written, with materials being produced and delivered specifically for your organisation's systems and processes. Training courses can be delivered at the Cardinal Training Centre or at a location of the customers choice.
